One at a time...
This article goes out to all the people out there who can never concentrate on one thing and one thing alone at a point of time.well,FYI peeps you are not alone.Concentration is one word we hear quite often from parents,"concentrate on studies".what we fail to see here is the studies means one thing and one thing alone, its all about beating the guys around you.but why do we hear very few parents say concentrate with no studies in the sentence.i doubt if yours would have.have you realized people like us get deviated by little things that we fail to really concentrate on what we are doing.how hard is it for me to open my blog and start writing rather than opening facebook and Gmail tabs first on the side and take a peek before i finish completing my article?how hard is it for me to read a book without thinking about what i wanna eat for a evening snack?how hard is it for us all to spend like 30 mins to better our concentration.looks hard work to me.i haven't succeeded.i think concentration is one thing all of us underestimate.we don't really think about it,we give deviations a new name-"multitasking".well,it will help you and all that but how productive are you at the end of the day?are you happy with the "N" number of tasks you have half-heartedly completed without understanding what is that you are really doing?nahhh!!!!i think over time, this is one thing i have observed quite often-we really cannot concentrate hard these days.with so many deviations, biggest being the damned "mobile phone".how many of us do not really care about beeps from the phone and wait to finish what we are doing before looking over to that.very very very few, none if i must be a little harsh.do this, just scan through the messages in your phone at the end of the day,and you will realize half of them were the annoying ones, part of it would be forwards, some of which make ridiculous sense, and the rest yeah could be anything form trash to little important ones.we do not realize the phone is for our convenience and not for the convenience of others.i would definitely blame the phone and i believe it is the biggest culprit.and the next i think is an obvious guess, the computer, the Internet and the hierarchy continues.before i began writing this article i seriously started to wonder what i would even fill in.but i'm at the end of it and dint seem a tough ask.fairly easy I must say.i do not like writing long articles cze that expects too much from a reader and of-course enormous patience in this "multitasking" world of ours.so i would like to sign of saying "use the computer and the phone only when needed and do not let that take control of your lives.also,if possible give your self a break from the computer and the phone at least a day in a month, the same day to make it more effective.2 days of computer or phone free day would be great wont it.i'm not going to talk about television cze i believe it has now become obsolete with computer world coming up with a number of applications and softwares.u can now watch TV on the computer BTW.waw!!what an idea to help with our concentration.hoping we enjoy the little pleasures of our life completely, and slowly begin to appreciate it.happy concentration, happy improvement and of-course happy computer/phone free days ahead.
